About My Victory for Veterans

20 veterans a day commit suicide. That's 20 too many. It’s time to make things better for the men and the women that sacrifice everything to defend our freedoms.

Stand up with me for our nation’s heroes by pledging to run, walk, ride or roll 20 miles this May, Military Appreciation Month, in DAV’s Victories for Veterans Challenge.

Join my team TWENTY VETS TOO MANY and log the 20 miles to raise awareness of this problem.

If you can’t run consider making a gift to help me reach my fundraising goal. Every $1 donated to DAV translates into $35 in direct benefits to veterans through DAV’s free benefit claim assistance programs.

Every day I go to work to serve DAV’s mission and see firsthand the impact the organization has on the lives of our veterans. Every step taken, every dollar raised, brings us one step closer to creating the next victory for a veteran. Because when America’s veterans win, we all win!

At DAV, we’re on a mission to help America’s veterans get the benefits they’ve earned. Every year, DAV helps more than one million veterans of all generations, as they face and conquer their challenges — connecting them to the health care, education, and financial benefits they’ve earned as well as find employment though DAV job fairs.
